Keathley Landscaping Expands Residential Yard Drainage Solutions for Area Homeowners

GARLAND, TX – October 21, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Keathley Landscaping, a full-service landscape company based in Dallas, has broadened its focus on complex drainage work, offering NDS Certified Drainage Contractor services to homeowners facing persistent water and flooding issues on their properties.

The move addresses a problem that often goes overlooked until significant damage occurs. Poor drainage can lead to standing water, soil erosion, foundation concerns, and interior flooding. In many cases, the resulting damage falls outside the scope of standard homeowners insurance, leaving property owners to absorb repair costs on their own.

The company’s drainage work is led by Logan Keathley, an NDS Qualified Drain Specialist. The services range from French drains and property grading to large, custom-designed buried drainage pipes engineered for difficult sites. Each approach is matched to the specific conditions of the property rather than applied as a single standard fix.

“Drainage problems rarely have a one-size-fits-all answer,” said Logan Keathley, Drainage Specialist at Keathley Landscaping. “Every yard has its own grade, soil type, and water patterns. The work involves studying how water actually moves across a property and then designing a system that redirects it before it causes damage. That is where certification and field experience make the difference.”

The expanded attention to residential drainage wylie homeowners rely on reflects growing demand across the region, where seasonal rainfall and clay-heavy soils frequently contribute to water accumulation. Properties with low spots, improper slope, or aging drainage infrastructure are especially prone to recurring issues that worsen over time if left unaddressed.

“The goal is to solve the problem once, not patch it season after season,” Keathley said. “When a system is engineered correctly and installed properly, homeowners stop worrying about where the water goes after every storm. That peace of mind is what the work is really about.”

Keathley Landscaping provides yard drainage solutions designed to resolve these conditions at the source. Rather than treating symptoms such as repeated pooling or soggy turf, the company’s assessments identify the underlying cause and establish a long-term plan to manage water flow across the property.

The company holds NDS Certified Drainage Contractor status, a credential that reflects training in the design and installation of modern drainage systems. This certification supports the company’s ability to handle both routine grading corrections and more involved projects requiring engineered solutions.

In addition to drainage work, Keathley Landscaping offers a range of related services, including sod installation, landscape lighting, stonework and retaining walls, flowerbeds and hardscapes, landscape design and installation, patio covers, outdoor kitchens, firepits, and tree trimming and removal. The drainage division operates as part of this broader landscape practice, allowing drainage corrections to be integrated with surrounding landscape features.

Keathley Landscaping has operated since 2002, providing landscape design, construction, and maintenance services throughout Dallas and the surrounding communities, including Garland, Wylie, Plano, Rockwall, McKinney, Allen, Frisco, and nearby areas. The company maintains a customer-focused approach built on practical, durable outdoor solutions for residential properties across North Texas.
